Jonathan W. Weiss, MD
Diagnostic Radiologist
Dr. Weiss specializes in reading and interpreting medical images, such as ultrasounds, CTs, nuclear medicine studies and PET/CT scans. As a board-certified Diagnostic Radiologist at Cancer Care Partners, this dedicated physician correlates medical image findings with other examinations and tests and consults with an entire team of specialists to diagnose cancer or other diseases and conditions.
Dr. Weiss is also board-certified in Nuclear Medicine and has special interest and training in the treatment of thyroid diseases and thyroid cancer. He earned his bachelor’s degree at Northwestern University in Evanston, Ill., and his Doctor of Medicine from Indiana University School of Medicine in Indianapolis. Following graduation, he completed a transitional residency internship at St. Vincent Hospital in Indianapolis, and then completed his residency in diagnostic radiology at Medical College of Wisconsin Affiliated Hospitals in Milwaukee. From there, Dr. Weiss served a fellowship in nuclear medicine at the Mallinckrodt Institute of Radiology at Washington University in St. Louis, Mo.
In addition to his work with Cancer Care Partners, Dr. Weiss also practices at Indiana University Health Goshen Hospital, Memorial Hospital, and Elkhart General Hospital. He is also a member of Radiology, Inc.
