Daniel Boll, MD
Diagnostic Radiologist and Nuclear Medicine Physician
As a board-certified Diagnostic Radiologist and board-certified Nuclear Medicine Physician at Cancer Care Partners, Dr. Boll reads and interprets medical images, such as ultrasounds, CTs, and PET/CT scans. In his position, this dedicated physician correlates medical image findings with other examinations and tests and consults with an entire team of specialists to diagnose cancer or other diseases and conditions.
Dr. Boll earned his Doctor of Medicine from Creighton University in Omaha, Neb. Following graduation, he enlisted in the United States Army where he served his internship in categorical medicine, completed his residency in diagnostic radiology, and fulfilled a fellowship in nuclear medicine at the Letterman Army Medical Center, Presidio of San Francisco. He continued to work in radiology and nuclear medicine for the Army until he became the physician director of nuclear medicine and staff radiologist at Memorial Hospital in South Bend, Ind., in 1986. In 1985, Dr. Boll was nominated for the Surgeon General’s Physician Recognition Award; he was later honorably discharged from the Army in 1989 after serving three years of individual ready reserve.
In addition to his work with Cancer Care Partners, Dr. Boll also works at Memorial Hospital in South Bend, Ind., and Elkhart General Hospital in Elkhart, Ind.
