Becoming a patient at Cancer Care Partners is quick and easy. One phone call is all it takes, and we’ll do the rest. Plus, our unique, streamlined approach means you will be cared for in a timely manner – often having an appointment within days of your initial phone call. But that’s only the beginning. Once you become a patient with us, you have access to leading-edge treatments, clinical trials and an entire team of medical, surgical, radiation and naturopathic oncologists, as well as dietitians, counselors, urologists, gastroenterologists and otolaryngologists. All working together to provide you the most comprehensive care available.

Getting an Appointment

To make an appointment, simply call 877.421.7026. Our Oncology Information Specialists are ready to speak with you and ease the appointment process. They work with your doctor to obtain all pertinent records (South Bend Clinic records can be sent electronically), and coordinate your care to ensure you receive the appropriate appointments in a timely manner. If you’ve been diagnosed with or suspect you have cancer, you don’t even need a physician referral.

Continuing Support

Once you’ve become a patient, appointment information, provider names and regular progress reports will be forwarded to your primary care doctor. In addition, our Oncology Information Specialists are available by e-mail, phone and in the office, Monday through Friday from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. They can help schedule appointments and answer financial guidance and insurance questions. Just leave all the legwork to us, so you can focus on defeating cancer.
