Pharmacist
The Pharmacist reviews and interprets medication orders for patients and maintains patient profiles to ensure that dosages and medications are appropriate and that incompatibilities or allergic reactions are avoided. Pharmacist will participate in the development, implementation and integration of patient-focused oncology pharmaceutical care services. Position requires a Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy/ Pharm D. Must be licensed as a Pharmacist in the State of Indiana. Prefer or eligibility to become Board Certified Oncology Pharmacist (BCOP).
